NozAid Nasal Moisturizer for Dry Nasal Passages

I placed the order by 15 Feb hoping it will be delivered within 3 to 5 days as mentioned in the website ( I even paid for delivery fee around 30$) and still didn't receive my order, I tried to contact customer service by email no one responded, and Tried to contact the delivery company with no luck.

It works really well for my chronically dry nose. I wish it was in a larger size.

I have been using the product for some time.
Last bottle I used I cut my finger in two places trying to get the cover off. Due in part to blood thinners, It was 20-30 minutes before it would stop bleeding, Other times when I cut myself the bleeding isn't a problem. This was a problem,

This latest bottle, I got the cover off using an XActo knife, didn't cut my self, but spilled too much product in the process. The oil made the bottle slippery, and I almost wasn't able to get the cover off.

P.S., as an older person, I do have arthritis in my fingers. But wife also had trouble two bottles ago. It shouldn't take 20-30 min to open a bottle. It's not only child-proof, but senior-adult proof also.

I think the product seems to work, better than nothing.

Can’t say much about product because I lost most of it when getting the plastic and cover off.
