Poor customer experience

I never received my order. I ordered the product on August 19th, 2026 and sent a follow up email to help locate the package on August 31st. There has been no response from Nozaid but I got this "please review our product!" email from them but I doubt it'll be read. I've disputed this transaction with my credit card company.

This is a wonderful product

I really love Nozaid! I wear oxygen and use a CPAP nightly. I do tend to get dry and that hurts. nozaid soothes the driness and realevs the discomfort. I use this product daily and recommend it .
